Exciting career opportunity for a dynamic Account Manager with experience in IT Service, Managed Service and VoIP/hosted telephony sales. This is a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider group so there are great opportunities for future progression.
The role is suited to an individual with knowledge across IT product such as IT Managed Services, IT Hardware, Connectivity, Mobile and VoIP.
The company is based in Kenya and a market leader offering attractive prospects for the right people.

Responsibilities
· To develop opportunities within Telecom portfolio to existing and new clients.
· Manage existing clients, increasing spend through first class sales skills.
· Engage and partner with the wider business when required to improve the customer experience.
· Achieve and exceed reasonable targets and KPI’s set.
· To be an ambassador for this market leading brand, carrying forward the quality of interaction that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business.

Skills & Attributes required
· A track record in B2B sales with a background of working in the telecoms / unified communications space.
· High level of personal motivation and drive.
· Ability to thrive in a targeted environment.
· Ability to communicate at all levels.
· Positive outlook, team player, extremely driven, works autonomously, empowering attitude.
· Maintaining and developing client relationships.
· Good understanding of sales cycles, decision making processes and sales planning.
· Knowledge of product sets across hosted telephony, VoIP, SIP & Connectivity
· Experience of creating new business opportunities and managing clients.
· Understands the concept and value in pipeline and how to forecast results.

Requirements
· 2+ years of experience with solution-based selling (IT Support, IT Hardware, Cloud/hosted telephony, VoIP, Connectivity)
· A born hunter who enjoys building their pipeline
· Evidence of over-target achievements
· Experience building solid relationships with mid-level and senior decision makers in SME and Corporate businesses
