Sky Call's Responsibility
  • Sky Call will implement the Call Centre software and the required cloud environment for the centre call center, with state-of-the-art components, capable of handling contact centre requirements as listed below to start with:
    • + The Call Centre Solution Suite with IVR, Intelligent Router, and Multiple Skills based Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) screen pop-ups, Quality Monitoring, Auto Dialer, Management Dashboards, and Reports.
    • + Integrating CRM with call center solution API

 

Client's Responsibility
  • To provide the space required for the Call centre
  • To provide the physical workstation infrastructure
  • Will be responsible for deploying the E1/SIP telephone lines
  • Will be responsible for maintenance and payment of the phone lines
  • To provide Stable Local Area Network
  • To provide Stable Internet Connectivity & Bandwidth
  • IT and Data Security system (Firewalls, Router)

  • Power back up
  • Staff Facilitation
