Sky Call's Responsibility
- Sky Call will implement the Call Centre software and the required cloud environment for the centre call center, with state-of-the-art components, capable of handling contact centre requirements as listed below to start with:
- + The Call Centre Solution Suite with IVR, Intelligent Router, and Multiple Skills based Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) screen pop-ups, Quality Monitoring, Auto Dialer, Management Dashboards, and Reports.
- + Integrating CRM with call center solution API

Client's Responsibility
- To provide the space required for the Call centre
- To provide the physical workstation infrastructure
- Will be responsible for deploying the E1/SIP telephone lines
- Will be responsible for maintenance and payment of the phone lines
- To provide Stable Local Area Network
- To provide Stable Internet Connectivity & Bandwidth
- IT and Data Security system (Firewalls, Router)
Other Facilities such as:
- Physical Security
- Power back up
- Staff Facilitation
